There was nothing but black...
I was Alone...Alone in the ruins of a small village....Dark clouds swallowing the sun..the wind beating whatever crossed its path into submission.My mind was in a haze..eyes half shut..I remember holding a wounded hand slightly over them in attempt to sheild them from the merciless haze arising from the flames that surrounded the ruins.The metallic taste of blood stinging my tongue and trickling down my chin.I saw devastation..and heard nothing but the howling of the unforgivable wind.I remember nothing before this...No matter how hard I tried..I hardly remembered my own name
I remember picking myself up...or atleast attempting to..Having to lean up against a weathered brick wall of what seemed like it used to be a small home for support.I remember being in nearly traumatizing pain,so many emotions were running through my head that I wasnt quite sure what to do with myself..After taking my first step..the sound of glass breaking caught my attention causing me to look down..I picked up a frame,through the cracked glass I saw a picture of myself with an very familiar face...the sound of laughing replaying in my mind for a moment yet no matter what I still couldnt remember... and thats where my story begins...
