Product Issues?
I thoroughly test all my products before making them available for sale in the catalogue. If there are any significant issues, I will not publish them until I am satisfied the problem has been corrected. Any minor issues, which do not greatly affect enjoyment of the product, will be noted in the product description.
If you are experiencing issues with one of my products, please leave me a message with the full name of the item, and a description of the problem. I can't promise to be able to fix it (issues with meshes are beyond my control, as I derive items. I don't make the meshes), but I will help if I can.
