The Dracule name was rather a bloodline or family with twelve seats, the title of Dracule was given to the clan caretaker or ‘father’. Dracule is considered to be an all encompassing force and having no physical form unless chosen rather than being an individual, said force tends to pick the vampire with the most potential in order to carry out the beings will as they choose. To be born a true vampire you were created from a cluster of tortured souls; people that were tortured to death, In a blood fountain. To which emerged an infant. Once reaching adulthood, they go to a standstill in terms of aging, and just get more ripe with each passing year. The vampires were the negative half of the balance, the werewolves were the positive half, being led by a human werewolf hybrid named Darius. During the before times, the werewolves and vampires were at war consistently. The vampires saw the human race as one to be exploited and consumed. The werewolves were it's protectors. Over time the Dracule seats created a spell called the bloodlet moon, that used graves that functioned as soul anchors to project their tortured essences into the atmosphere whilst connecting the anchors to a single vampire that had the capacity to handle the vast amount of energy. This person was the ‘Dracule’ himself. The purpose of the bloodlet moon was shrouding the entire planet in an infinite night, effectively killing off all living creatures whilst still giving the vampires sustenance from the moon energy. Effectively a true immortality card.

The bloodlet moon did happen and succeeded in a mass extinction, while Dracule hid in his castle's eighth floor. While the vampires themselves did this to maintain their bloodline. Dracule did it for personal choice, being bored with his life of close to no threats. He went to charge the moon in hopes that it may bring out a worthy opponent to give his life proper meaning. Darius launched his attack on the castle after having searched for it for nearly a month, causing the entire planet to develop into a slow ice age over time, being it was a do or die event as the moon began to kill off most crops and the people he was supposed to be protecting had began to starve. Darius and his faction fought through the seven floors, each of them being attributed to the seven sins as a way to 'train' his opponent to be worthy. Having only Darius breaking through the seventh floor into the eighth. Once his opponent was there he was happy for the first time in his existence. Enjoying his combat encounter with Darius until he and his opponent were mortally wounded. In a last coup of sorts, he decided to absorb the essence of the twelve seats, killing his entire family and constructing a new blood fountain, collapsing his castle into the depths of the earth, killing him and Darius in a stalemate. This would effectively set a few things in motion. The essence absorption, allows the caretaker of the vampires to emerge from said created fountain in one-hundred years at the downside all of his knowledge and skills would reset as if he were a new person. The collapse also caused his dying essence to spread over the continent and infect water sources, allowing much weaker and other vampire strains to crop off in the world over time, thus starting the Adelaide crisis upon his wake up under the name cassius. Dracule would regain consciousness, overtaking Cassius at this time and becoming one, once more.
